Service and Support
For customers with an annual service contract, Systematics provides technical support services for dealing with problems through a service center and a large team of experts in various fields. Systematics provides end-user support, support for system administrators and developers.
The service center allows a quick response to any request for help or technical support, while monitoring the level of service and focusing on care and support to the satisfaction of the customer.
Terms of service:
With the opening of the service call by phone or directly via the website, Systematics experts will respond first by phone within four work hours of opening the call.
Service center opening times:
Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00.
Fridays and holiday eves from 8:00 to 12:00 (the service will be provided on the next business day).

Customer Satisfaction Surveys of Systematics’ Service
Systematics’ customers express their level of satisfaction with Systematics’ products, solutions, and services by periodically filling out a survey.
Throughout 2014, approximately 1,000 people from about 650 customer organizations answered the customer satisfaction surveys.
We use the survey results to continue to improve the service to our clients. The results indicate a high level of satisfaction in different parameters.
